Nicola Combe

Nicola Combe is Director and Founder of Morecambe Bay Wills and Estates Limited.

She is from Lancaster and formed the company specifically to provide affordable documents, and give back to charity, after losing her husband Jim in 2018.

Prior to that, Nicola had extensive experience in operations management and digital projects.

Andrea Bentham

Andrea joined the Morecambe Bay Wills team in early 2021 as an Estate Planner, after qualifying with the Society of Will Writers.

A mum of two, Andrea lives locally in Lancaster, and has a background in financial services and charity fundraising.

She shares our passion for providing our community with an affordable, personal service.

Jane Booker

Jane joined Morecambe Bay Wills in early 2022.

With 25 years of experience as a solicitor, Jane was looking for a new challenge and was impressed by our ethics and work practices.

She lives in Garstang and has recently refreshed her Wills knowledge by completing the Society of Will Writers Estate Planning exams.

Cerys Parry-Jones

Cerys joined our team in February 2024 after completing her exams with the Society of Will Writers. She heads up North Wales Wills.

A mum to young twin girls, and a former teacher, Cerys also has two holiday properties in beautiful North Wales, where she lives and now also looks after our clients.

Her passion for educating people is now focused on spreading awareness of the importance of having the right documents in place to protect your loved ones.

Janet Pardula

Janet Pardula is our newest recruit and joined us in July 2024.

Like all of the team, she studied hard with The Society of Will Writers and passed her exams with flying colours!

Janet lives locally in Bolton Le Sands and has two teenage children and in her spare time has recently joined a crown green bowling team with her son.

Janet’s background is quite diverse from running her own business to various management roles and latterly bookkeeping.

Our Administration team

Paula Johnson

Paula joined Morecambe Bay Wills in early 2020 as our administrator.

She makes sure our records are up to date and that all the documents we produce are accurate and presented perfectly for our customers.

Paula is also from Lancaster and is Nicola’s sister.

Georgia Broadley

Georgia joined Morecambe Bay Wills in November 2021 as an administrator.

She makes sure our accounts and customer records are accurate and up to date.

Georgia is a mum of two, and lives in Morecambe.

She is Paula’s daughter, and Nicola’s niece.

Sue Beninson

Sue joined us recently as Senior Administrator and is responsible for the smooth running of our office in Lancaster.

Married to Mark, she has 2 grown up sons and a grandson.

Sue has lived in Lancaster all her life and her former role was as a drug and alcohol recovery practitioner at HMP Lancaster Farms.
